flounced dress in black tulle and a large colored bow: even a robot took to the catwalk, among the models who animated the first edition of Umbria Fashion in the Sala dei Notari in Perugia, an event in its first edition curated by Laura Cartocci .
Among the protagonists called to represent the fine fashion product, the stylist Monia Filippetti – with the Monos brand – who also chose to show the robot BellaBot Model, from the Umbrian company H.Pierre, active in the IT sector for commerce .
The robot model, on the catwalk for the first time, won over the audience with amazement and applause.
The idea – explains the company – was born from the stylist Monia Filippetti with the aim of combining artificial intelligence and tradition, made of craftsmanship and made in Italy.
In the years of her debut in the world of fashion, in the 90s, the designer recalls, “the scene was dominated by the beauty and charisma of super top models who ended up cannibalizing attention to the detriment of the clothes they wore.
Recently, the product has regained its space by reducing the role of the wearer.
Today, we have taken a further step forward, completely eliminating the human element in favor of the total exaltation of the fashion accessory.”
“A very original way – comments Monos – to underline that made in Italy garments and artisanal products have their own personality and charisma capable of warming the heart of anyone, even a robot”.
